Who I am

I moved from London to Penrith in September 2005 and am currently living in Penruddock with husband Dylan and sons Norman and George.

 

I am passionate about having fun, getting the most out of life, and am generally a big kid at heart. 

 

That said I am very methodical in my teaching and will always ensure that you perform the exercise correctly to get maximum benefit in minimal time.
