SOCIAL & ADVENTURE NORDIC WALKS
Fancy a walk in our beautiful countryside and work your whole body at the same time.
Wednesday 11am and Thursday 6pm walks both from Frenchfields £6, Saturday walks £10 incl pole hire.
Most walks are approximately 3 -4 miles long. Saturdays as stated.

LEARN TO NORDIC WALK
Not sure what Nordic Walking is all about then book in to one of the beginners courses to get the most out of walking with poles. Benefits of Nordic Walking include:
- Tones the upper and lower body at the same time.
- Uses 90% of the skeletal muscles.
- Burns up to 46% more calories than ordinary walking.
- It’s very sociable; participants can chat as they go!
Please enquire as will put together when enough demand.
£6 per hour incl. pole hire (1hr per week).
You are welcome to a Nordic Walking session and we can run through the technique then.
Nordic Natter - distance around 1 mile
Social and Adventure Nordic Walks - 3 up to 4 miles
