I have been teaching for over 14 years and in that time developed a deep understanding on what works. I have recently coached ages from 5 up to 95; those with disabilities to those completing ultra distance walks. I love being asked questions and challenged. I am here for you.

Introducing Get-Active
Specialising in Community Exercise and Senior Fitness
Get-Active brings exercise to you. Either in your local community centre, walking in North Cumbria or online in your home/garden. Sessions range from interval training to seated exercise, slow mindfull movement to dance. Everyone is welcome and I am more than happy to explain alternatives both to make things easier or harder. My aim is for you to finish a session with a smile on your face and feeling confident that you are doing what is right for your body.
