Looking at the latest Age UK Social Diary, I am amazed at how much is on offer. Take a look yourself, it is at the bottom of this page.
I run a number of activities for those of greater years including seated classes, simple aerobics, Nordic Walking, low impact training, slow stretchy classes....
But do you know what, ALL ages and abilities are welcome to ALL classes. Just because you might be of seniority, why shouldn't you come to Kickboxercise or do Bootcamp!
