What a year!

What a year it has been! Can you believe only 12 months ago we had never heard of zoom, thought about online classes or being at home for so long? Now that restrictions are easing, I for one am really looking forward to more activities and social interaction. But no amount of planning or enthusiasm will erase what we've had to live through. A year of:

- too much time spent inside.

- too little time spent moving.

- very similar days, with little variety.

- anxiety and change. It has effected us all both physically and mentally. So don't ignore how the past 12 months have impacted you. Don't try to pretend you can pick up right where you left off. Be kind to yourself and start gently.

And most importantly, don't beat yourself up if you haven't made lots of progress over the past year. It's not been a "normal" year.

As always, if you need help, I'm here for you. The past year has been hard, so do get in touch if I can assist in any way.
