Hope all is well with you.

Lot's of people are finding this lockdown a lot harder than the others. If you do, then you are not alone. Here are a few ways to make the most of each day.

  1. Wake up early or at least at the same time each day.

  2. Eat a rainbow of food. The more colours the better.

  3. Exercise and get some fresh air for both body and mind. Aim for 20 mins a day.

  4. Complete a job from your todo list.

  5. Do something that you love (hobby, cooking, watching a TV series).

  6. Take a few deep breaths and be aware of your heart rate. Try to slow both down.

  7. Be present with others and reduce the time spent on social media.

  8. Give to someone else. Send a card, call a friend, drop a gift round etc.

  9. At the end of the day think of 3 things to be thankful for.

"You will never have this day again, so make it count."

Stay positive, stay safe and keep moving!
