Realised I was faffing a bit at the computer plus had biking noted in my diary for today..... so I popped a coat over my work attire and headed off for a little bimble from home.
And so glad I did! It's too easy to let the day slip by without getting out.
Next time you realise your focus is wavering from what you are doing, pop your shoes on and get out. Doesn't have to be far. The important thing is fresh air and movement.
