Set a Challenge / Life Change

What really helps me feel great is to set a goal and to achieve it. Be it to drink more water, walk a set distance, put my phone down at 9pm, get fresh air for 1 hour a day.....


These challenges do not have to last long and can change over time however it gives me purpose and control. For January, I have set myself a jog challenge, have you set yourself a challenge for 2021? Let me know.
