Do you like skipping? At Let's Box Fridays at Stainton we've been getting out the ropes for some skipping. Just short bursts of 30 secs. And people are improving week by week.
A lovely comment last Friday from a lady with Parkinsons "That got my legs working." She noticed such a difference she is going to dig out her rope and do some each day to see how that helps her move. Amazing!
Just remember if you are skipping you don't need to jump high. That your lower legs need to be doing most of the work. And if you catch your rope on something. It really doesn't matter. Just start again.
