What to do with 30 mins?

Updated: Dec 6, 2021

During lockdown I started providing online classes on Zoom and they are still running today.

What people really love about them is:

  • You don't need to travel anywhere

  • You are doing something with others

  • No childcare is needed and your child can join in (or you you can hide away for a bit of you time)

  • You've booked in, so committed and more likely to do it

  • You get the recording for the week so that you can do it again

  • You don't need to live locally to the instructor

  • You can catch up with friends/family online

  • They only take 30 - 35 mins!

These are the classes that are currently running. Give them a go and see what you think.

**Only take part if you you are fit and well. If you have any concerns about exercising then please get in touch first. As with all types of activity there is a risk of injury. Please stop if anything hurts.**

Let's Walk - Simple aerobics to music. Every half term the music changes. Approximately 3,000 steps completed in 30 mins.

LIITE - Low impact interval training exercises set to music. Work on your balance, strength and technique during this session.

Natural Movement - Think Pilates/Yoga. Lovely stretchy session where we move to our breath. Starting standing then floor work.

HIIT - Based on the tabata 20 secs work, 10 secs rest. Great blast to increase those endorphins, work those muscles and bring a smile to your face.

Get Fit 4 Life - Seated/standing class to improve mobility, balance and strength. A band is used in this recording however you could use light weights. We are starting to use soft balls also.

Enjoy these and if you would like to sign up to any live classes then you can do so here.
